These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentic Orchestration Platform ("Platform", "Services", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account & Access

Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Businesses must have authority to bind the organization.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses from compromised accounts

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate accounts.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Automated scraping or data extraction beyond normal usage
  • Distributing malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Reverse engineering our platform or services

Resource Limits

  • • Workflows must complete within 15 minutes (Enterprise: custom)
  • • Single node execution ≤ 5 minutes
  • • No infinite loops or resource exhaustion
  • • Rate limits apply to API calls

Violation Consequences

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these policies. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Payments & Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Starter: Free with usage limits
  • Pro: $49/month (annual discounts available)
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with dedicated support

Billing Details

  • Billed monthly or annually in USD
  • Pro-rated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
  • No refunds for partial months
  • 7-day grace period for payment failures

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We do not provide tax advice.

Your Content & IP Rights

Ownership

You retain all rights to your workflows, node configurations, custom code, and data ("Customer Content"). We claim no ownership rights.

Platform License

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and execute your Customer Content solely to provide the Services.

Our IP

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our Platform technology, including the orchestration engine, Neo4j integration, and Persian embedding models.

Intellectual Property

Our Technology

  • Agentic orchestration engine
  • Apache Pulsar event streaming
  • Neo4j graph intelligence
  • Native Persian embeddings
  • Visual workflow builder

Your Responsibility

  • You own your workflow logic
  • We own the execution infrastructure
  • Custom nodes you build are yours
  • Platform-generated analytics are ours

Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services provided "AS IS". No warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. Beta features have higher risk of instability.

Liability Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. No consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

High-Risk Use Prohibited

Platform not designed for life-critical applications, financial trading, or safety-critical systems.

Termination & Suspension

By You

  • Cancel anytime from account settings
  • Paid plans: no refunds for partial periods
  • Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation

By Us

  • Immediate suspension for policy violations
  • 30 days notice for non-payment
  • Legal requirement or platform risk
